JR ACADEMY

Athletes will practice 1x per week (1 hr and 45 min sessions) with NCCP volleyball certified coaches and assistants.

Our program provides weekly instruction and drills designed to improve technique and specialized skills (hitting and blocking, etc.). Athletes will have opportunity for game play but our focus is for athletes to gain fundamental skills.​

 

Two programs are available for 10-14 year olds:

BEGINNER PROGRAM
Athletes are new to the sport, looking to improve their knowledge and skill and/or considering trying out for their school team for the first time.

INTERMEDIATE PROGRAM
Athletes must have experience on a school team or have been through our grassroots program with a confirmed overhand serve or a consistent underhand serve (able to get it over the net).
