Two streams of camp are being offered:

COMPETITIVE REP PREP CAMP

This summer camp is aimed for athletes aged 11 to 16 with no prior rep team experience but eager to train for rep and compete. The camp is designed to encourage interest and boost confidence in the sport and bridges the gap between recreation and competitive volleyball by providing an engaging approach to improve athletes technical and tactical volleyball abilities.  With the support of our enthusiastic coaching staff, we will focus on key volleyball skills such as serving, passing, setting, hitting, and blocking, with technical emphasis in the morning half of the day, and fun and active game play in the afternoon! ​Athletes are assigned to appropriate courts based on their age and skills to promote fair and exciting gameplay!

• July 27 - 31, 2026 @ GTA Sportsplex

• August 4 -7, 2026 (short week) @ Holy Trinity *lunch included*

HIGH PERFORMANCE CAMP (FOR REP ATHLETES ONLY)

Designed for athletes 13U-16U with rep volleyball experience, this camp provides a high-performance training environment, allowing athletes to see exponential improvement before returning to their regular season. With a holistic approach that emphasizes both skill and tactical development, our dedicated coaching staff will challenge players to refine their skills. Mornings focus on detailed technical work and implementing advanced tactical strategies, ensuring athletes receive extensive repetitions in the morning sessions. The afternoons will be dedicated to intense, competitive gameplay. Athletes will be grouped by age and skill level to ensure a challenging yet, supportive environment allowing them to push their limits and elevate their game.

To join the High Performance camp, athletes must have been rostered to a rep team for the 2025-2026 OVA Indoor Competitive volleyball season and competed at 2026 Ontario Championships.
